Additional information

  • Beneficiaries must enable the Alipay Quick Collect service in their Alipay account.
  • The Alipay remittance service is available for payouts to linked bank accounts in China. Beneficiaries must register using a mobile number from mainland China and have a "Resident Identity Card" issued by China. Work passes and student passes are not supported.
  • Alipay no longer supports beneficiaries registered with mobile numbers from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.
  • Currently only supports B2C payouts.

Required remitter details

These details must be provided before the corridor can be enabled:

  • Company website

    • The company's website address.
      • Example: worldpay.com
    • If the company does not have its own website, provide the relevant government or regulatory website containing the company's registration details.
      • Example: register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=001b000000MgGDbAAN

  • Company Registration Number (CRN)

    • The official company registration number of the remitter.
      • Example: 05593466 (Worldpay AP Ltd.)

  • Company registration country

    • The 2-character ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code of the country where the CRN was issued.
      • Example: GB
