- North American two-letter state/province code requirements (ISO 3166-2) added under billingAddress.state and renames internal schemas _1 and _2 to card_plain and card_tokenized.
- Update to make-money-transfer.md documentation to specify that cardHolderName and billingAddress are mandatory for US-domiciled merchants.
- Adds a new US push-to-card request JSON payload example (pushtocard-request-US.json)
