UK CoP is intended solely for verifying beneficiary details and must not be used to derive or discover correct account information. Where five (5) CoP enquiries for the same account details within a 10‑minute period result in a No Match or Account Does Not Exist response, this may be treated as misuse of the service. Subsequent enquiries may be blocked and return an HTTP 500 error for next 10 minutes.
